Susan I didn't know you lived in KY!!! So neat that your daughter still lives here. I only live about 18 miles from Lexington. :) I used to go to Fort Harrod all the time when my older boys were little and did field trips there, but it had been forever since we'd gone and my youngest had never seen it. He told us at dinner last night that he a great time. :) It's always a fun place to visit. It had been a long time since I'd eaten at Shaker town too...the food there is always spectacular! I was amazed I called and got reservations the same day...that's just unheard of! :) I'm really glad you enjoyed the post...I wasn't sure if anyone would even be interested, but I figure this blog is for me as much as everyone else and it's something I wanted to remember. :) Thanks for your comment.
