Good Afternoon Bloggers! I just got back from my conference. It was a long three days!! Actually 4 days. But I was able to network with some Social Workers, had alot of good meals, and met some new friends!
Please pray for my Grandchildren, they are in Okinawa Japan. I am not sure how much the nuclear reactors will affect them, but it worries me!
They were not injured with the earthquake, my their mother at least emailed me about that.
Well I hope to post some pictures later tonight. If I do not it may be the weekend since I have to return to work tommorrow!!
Welcome back! Glad your grandchildren are okay. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI know you are relieved your grandchildren are okay in Japan.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are back too!
Oh Susan, I am so relieved to hear that your Grands are alright. This is truly the most awful thing I have ever seen. I will be praying for Japan and for your family.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and best wishes always,
Natasha.
Hi Susan, I was thinking about your grandchildren again when I heard about the nuclear reactors. Can't they send the children to you just to make sure they are safe?...Christine
ReplyDeleteI know you are relieved to know your grandchildren are alright. It is such a horrible situation.
ReplyDeleteHi Susan!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had a good tiime but, I'm glad to see ya back! LOL
I will keep your grands in my prayers.
I am VERY happy your grandkids are OK....not so.... for TOO many over there.
ReplyDeleteHow long has it been since you have seen them ?
Rose
glad your conference was good, I always just sit and eat when I go to conferences, usually the best part. I am so glad you grandkids are OK, I knew they were in the orient somewhere, but could not remember where exactly. So glad you got notification. We are all so worried about nuclear fallout, another reason they should be here!!

So glad that your grandchildren and their mother are safe and hope they continue to remain that way! Not that I want anything bad to happen to anyone, but I really hope this will make her consider putting her kids' safety and security first and coming back to be near their father and your side of the family.
ReplyDeleteHi, Susan! You've been busy! I've enjoyed seeing the pictures of your new home. I can't believe you've accomplished so much in such a short amount of time since you moved. It's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour grandchildren are beautiful, too! I'm so glad they weren't hurt. We'll just pray this might lead to them being able to come home!
Hello Susan,
ReplyDeleteI will surely pray for your grandkids and family. My husband and I were watching the news and he said he thinks the news reporting is geared to scare us to keep watching! I think he may be right - we continually keep those in Japan in our prayers -
God Bless,
Kathy
Good to hear that your grandchildren are safe. We'll all keep our prayers going.
