Done Me Some Creating!
Good Evening my friends!
I been doing some creating these past few weeks. It seems I am into altering items more than my sewing lately.
The sewing uses so much of my energy, it is much easier to set at my craft table and work on a project.
I went shopping at AC Moore and bought some of their little one dollar birdhouses. I used scrap book paper, glitter and modge podge, and hot glue to alter these items. The embellishments I had in my stash already.
I will use these somewhere in my spring decorating vignettes. My general time for decorating for spring is the first week in March.
I have been admiring all the spring decorating in blog land. I have gleaned so many ideas. It amazes me how talented people are in blog land.
Hope you enjoy my little houses.

These are both adorable but I especially love the pearl roof on the pink one!

They're gorgeous Susan, that pearl roof must have been a long task, but it turned out so wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteThe time it must have taken, they are so pretty!

Wow, great detail, Susan! I may make a bird house w/left over chipped china for my Easter swap buddy.
