Re -decorated the Sun Room

 We decided to put wood flooring down in our sun room. It had cream colored carpet. We both love wood flooring so we decided to extend it into our  Sun room. It has made the room look larger and much brighter

This my corner of the room. I sit and play on my lap top or read in this chair. The two french style pillows were a Ross find. I found my rooster lamp at a yard sale. He was ugly, and had a red shade. I painted him black  and added this brown eyelash trim shade.

 


My hubbie won this radio at a Christmas party one year. The lamp is one we have had for a long time. I purchased the bird at Kirkland's this weekend. The key was a Kirkland find as well, many months ago. The black basket was a yard sale find and so were the beads.

I made these two burlap canvases. I found the old lace at a yard sale this   weekend. I had some rose trim in my stash. I added a old ivory rose and cherub on one piece. On the top piece I added a piece of costume jewelery.  I pick up costume jewelery at yard sales to add to my projects.

 The rooster picture  has a glare. It is just a metal rooster framed with a burlap background. I purchased it at Kirkland's this weekend. I also bought the greenery at Kirkland's as well. The  candle holder and the lamp I have had for a while. The lamp was purchased at Old Time Pottery. The candle holder was a yard sale find.

 I found this clock at a yard sale for 50 cents. It hangs on the wall over the rocker.

This corner is where my husband sits and drinks his coffee in the mornings. It is a chocolate brown rocker. I just threw this white quilt over to make it more comfortable.
