Yard Sale Haul!

Good Evening blogger friends!! Yep its Sunday and I have the blues. Yes, therapist can be blue too. I love my job but I love my home more. I would so love to be able to stay home and clean and play and thrift.
I am struggling with impatience as well. I so want this house to sell so we can start living a normal life again.!! We have to keep things so staged, that it does not feel like home.
I thought I would share this weekends yard sale finds. I did not find much, but I did like what I manage to get. So enjoy!

I just love this little silver platter. It needs some TLC. I will do that after we move. I just love the little roses on the ends of the platter.

This silver plated spoon ( at least I think its silver plated) says Merry Christmas. It was a 1.00.

This watch my daughter in law gave me. She bought it at Cracker Barrell. I just love it!! But my son said Mom we got it with large numbers on it so you could see it.!! Boy do I feel ancient!! LOL

This pink tassel is so pretty I think. 50 cents!

These were all in the paisley pink bag below all of that for a buck. Can't beat that with a stick. Its Avon Skin so Soft.

I found this at a yard sale for a dollar. The paisley pink caught my eye. The stuff in bag was an added bargain!!

I bought these Christmas stay at home socks for 50 cents. My feet say cold winter and summer so I always have socks on my feet in the house. Of course I will not wear these until Christmas time!!

  4. What pretty things Susan. I love the platter and the X-mas server. Cute watch too. I hope you sell soon. It really is hard to keep the house so stage like day after day, but so worth it in the end. Best wishes to you. And yes of course therapists can be blue....you are human right?:) Have a great day.

  5. Susan, You found some great things at bargain prices. Believe me I know how frustrating it is to sale a home in this market. Hang in there and it will sell.

  6. Lucky you...great tassel and I especially like the holiday server. We sold our house a year ago and were lucky to only have it on the market 5 days (The whole "staging idea" and leaving the house for "showings" was crazy and I certainly couldn't have done it for months...so good luck in selling)
