I won! and a Egg project

Good Evening Folks!
I wanted to share the updates in my Easter Vignette that is on my Entertainment Center. Blogger for some reason would not let me post these the other day. Please enjoy and let me know what you think about my chick and egg.

I was the lucky winner of a 25.00 gift certificate from French Blue Vintage. Please visit their site at http://frenchbleuvintage.blogspot.com/2012/04/happy-easter.html
I purchased this beautiful vintage chick planter it is made by Lefton. It matches all my yellow in this vignette!! I will definitely be checking out her Etsy on a regular basis.

I made this beaded Easter Egg. I bought beads at Miachaels and a Styrofoam egg. I took out my trusty glue gun and Voila!

  2. Congrats on your win! I love the little vintage chick..it is so cute. I also love the beaded egg. Gramma Hazel made many of these over the years and used straight pins to poke the beads in. Your idea sounds a LOT easier...and it looks great! xo Diana
